Pick-up/Shipping Policy

Local Pick-Up Information

• Local purchases marked for pick up will be delivered within 1 week and cannot be guaranteed for same day pick up/delivery.
• In the "Order Special Instructions" box from your shopping cart screen, please note what facility you work in.
• Alternatively, orders can be picked up at the authorized Sun facility during the standard pickup window day and time:

• • 803 Facility: Every Thursday between 2pm-4pm

Shipping Information

• Total shipping charges are not reflected in your order and are subject to change.
• If shipping is selected, your credit card will be charged an initial $15.00 for shipping at the time of purchase.
• After checking out, we will review your order and contact you with the exact cost for shipping.
• When applicable, the difference in shipping cost must be paid before your order is shipped.
• Should the total shipping cost fall under $15, a refund for the difference in cost will be credited to your card. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to post before contacting marketing@sunhydraulics.com.
